Job summary

Global Virtuoso, Inc. is seeking a recruiter in the Philippines to sort and organize candidate leads, screen CVs, and conduct initial interviews to validate fit with job descriptions.

You will administer assessments, prepare candidate profiles, extend offers, and coordinate pre-employment steps, ensuring timely hiring and a positive candidate experience. The role requires a Bachelors degree in Psychology or HR, at least 2 years of recruiting experience, and strong communication and process

Responsibilities

• Sort and organize candidate leads generated.

• Maintain requisition and candidate trackers with up-to-date records.
• Ensure compliance to documented policies and procedures.
• Ensure timely delivery of hiring requirements.
• Provide a positive candidate experience.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

• Prepare candidate profiles, endorse to hiring managers, and set up interviews
• Attend calibration sessions to further understand role requirements and adjust screening guidelines accordingly
• Prepare and extend employment offers to candidates identified for hiring
• Monitor progress and push for the completion of new hire pre-employment requirements
• Facilitate new hire orientations
• Maintain requisition and candidate trackers keeping records accurate and up-to-date
• Ensure compliance to documented policies and procedures
• Ensure the timely delivery of hiring requirements
• Always strive to provide a positive candidate experience
• Perform other related tasks as assigned

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Pyschology, Human Resources, or a related field

Hours and shifts

The shift is from 11AM - 8PM, Monday to Friday, with onsite reporting required twice a week.
