About the role

We are seeking an HR Specialist to join our growing team at Synergy Market Research + Strategic Consultancy Inc'. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for providing HR support across the organisation, including talent recruitment, simple employee engagement, supervise office operations and admin, assist in HR policy revisions, and others assigned by management. This is a full-time role based in our Makati City, Metro Manila office.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit talent pool for full-time positions, project-based employees needed by the company including assisting in internship development program
• Onboarding and offboarding of talent
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding
• Maintain accurate HR records, recommending refinements whenever necessary
• Ensure smooth running of office, assisting in meeting office and admin needs
• Assist in the development/refinement of policies, implementing HR policies and procedures to assure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Contribute to the design and delivery of employee development and training programmes that are relevant for employees
• Provide guidance and support to team members on a wide range of HR-related matters
• Collaborate with the management and team to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities
• Perform other needs by the company as may be assigned by management

About you

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role
• Able to recruit office types of employees; experience in HR for the marketing, IT, other related industries, an advantage
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws in the Philippines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
• Proficient in the use of MS Office suite
• Proactive, critical thinker; able to provide timely and relevant recommendations for a collaborative and productive environment and culture
