You will manage ATS workflows, coordinate interviews, and extend offers, contributing to our growth and employer brand. You will source candidates through multiple channels, screen for fit, conduct interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience in agency or corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and full lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networks, and direct outreach.
• Review resumes and screen candidates for skills and experience.
• Conduct initial telephone or video interviews to assess suitability.
• Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies across platforms.
• Maintain candidate databases and tracking systems.

About the role

Outsourcey Global, Inc. is seeking a talented and driven Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in building and strengthening our organisation by identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent. As a Recruiter, you will be at the forefront of our talent acquisition strategy, working collaboratively across departments to understand staffing needs and delivering high-quality candidates who align with our company values and business objectives. This role is essential to our growth and success, as you will directly impact the calibre of professionals joining our team.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct outreach

• Review resumes and applications to screen candidates for relevant skills, qualifications, and experience

• Conduct initial telephone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability and gather information about career objectives

• Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies across multiple recruitment platforms

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems

• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers

• Provide constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for successful candidates

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates for current and future opportunities

• Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress against targets

• Attend industry events and job fairs to network and promote Outsourcey Global, Inc. as an employer of choice

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of recruitment experience in an agency or corporate setting

• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and the full recruitment lifecycle

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders

• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software

• Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously

• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

• Passion for identifying talent and matching candidates with suitable opportunities

• Familiarity with social media recruitment platforms and digital sourcing techniques

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)

• Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
