Job summary

Hudson Talent Solutions, a global talent advisory and workforce solutions partner, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for a NAM client in the food manufacturing sector. This role operates in a remote setup with a night shift 9 pm–6 am Manila time, engaging with stakeholders across functions to deliver top talent experiences.

You will source actively, build strategic talent pools, and guide hiring managers on market trends while ensuring excellent candidate engagement

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and levels.
• Experience recruiting for US-based blue-collar roles in manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels and approaches.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Job description

Recruiter Join a high performing and best-in-class Talent Acquisition team as a Senior Recruiter and help us drive end-to-end recruitment for one of our client in the Food Manufacturing sector. This role will give you the chance to work with a range of stakeholders and build strategic relationships with business counterparts and leaders.

You will play a pivotal role in providing expertise on end-to-end recruiting, partnering with your colleagues, and hiring managers to promote and educate others around the use of strategic sourcing methods and provide great candidate experience.

This is a remote work arrangement and shift schedule is 9 pm - 6 am Manila time and will be supporting out NAM client.

What you'll do

• Deliver across the entire end to end recruitment lifecycle.
• Managing multiple stakeholders and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
• Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights, trends, and competitor movements
• Develop impeccable candidate experiences and drive brand engagement
• Build, nurture and grow your strategic talent pools

You’ll be someone who can bring

• Proven years of experience working in end-to-end recruitment, volume recruitment, talent mapping and talent pooling. Gained from either an RPO, internal, or executive search firm
• Experience recruiting in the US for blue collar roles in the manufacturing sector or US recruitment is preferred
• Expert level skills in active and passive candidate sourcing, utilizing multiple sourcing channels and approaches
• Experience managing senior stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills
