Job summary

Hudson Talent Solutions is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join a high performing Talent Acquisition team in Manila. You will partner with stakeholders to design and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies, delivering a top-tier candidate experience.

You will use advanced search techniques, build talent pools and advise on market insights, trends and mapping to inform hiring decisions. This role emphasizes collaboration, agile delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in fast-paced environments.

Sourcing Specialist

Join a high performing and best-in-class Talent Acquisition team as a Sourcing Specialist and help us drive sourcing initiatives in various accounts and clients for Hudson. In this role, you’ll get the opportunity to partner with key stakeholders and create and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies together.

You will play a pivotal role in providing expertise on sourcing, partnering with your colleagues, and hiring managers to promote and educate others around the use of strategic sourcing methods and provide great candidate experience.

What you’ll do:

• Leverage your skills in Boolean search, network and digital channels to help us find the best talent
• Managing multiple stakeholders and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
• Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights & mapping, trends, and competitor movements
• Develop impeccable candidate experiences and drive brand engagement
• Build, nurture and grow your strategic talent pools

You’ll be someone who can bring:

• Experience recruiting in more fast paced environments and delivering high volume of candidates
• Experience recruiting in an RPO or Internal set up
• Expert level skills in active and passive candidate sourcing, utilizing multiple sourcing channels and approaches.
• Ability to drive own network and source candidate in an out of the box approach not limited to recruiting platforms
• Experience managing senior stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills
