Job summary

Hudson Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for a client in the Food Manufacturing sector. You will partner with stakeholders and leaders to promote strategic sourcing and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

The role focuses on managing end-to-end lifecycle, talent mapping, and building strong candidate pools with exposure to US recruitment. You will join a best‑in‑class Talent Acquisition team and work with top brands.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple roles.
• Ability to work with stakeholders and hiring managers to optimise processes.
• Expert sourcing across channels with strong candidate experience focus.
• Experience recruiting for US blue-collar roles in manufacturing is preferred.

Recruiter

Join a high performing and best-in‑class Talent Acquisition team as a Senior Recruiter and help us drive end‑to‑end recruitment for one of our client in the Food Manufacturing sector. This role will give you the chance to work with a range of stakeholders and build strategic relationships with business counterparts and leaders.

You will play a pivotal role in providing expertise on end‑to‑end recruiting, partnering with your colleagues, and hiring managers to promote and educate others around the use of strategic sourcing methods and provide great candidate experience.

What you'll do:

• Deliver across the entire end to end recruitment lifecycle.
• Managing multiple stakeholders and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a best‑in‑class recruitment process
• Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights, trends, and competitor movements
• Develop impeccable candidate experiences and drive brand engagement
• Build, nurture and grow your strategic talent pools

You’ll be someone who can bring:

• Proven years of experience working in end‑to‑end recruitment, volume recruitment, talent mapping and talent pooling. Gained from either an RPO, internal, or executive search firm
• Experience recruiting in the US for blue collar roles in the manufacturing sector or US recruitment is preferred
• Expert level skills in active and passive candidate sourcing, utilizing multiple sourcing channels and approaches
• Experience managing senior stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills
