Qualifications

• Experience with onboarding and compliance administration tasks.
• Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with the HR manager.
• Knowledge of the Australian market is preferred but not essential.
• Experience with Australian market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete tasks related to onboarding and system setup.
• Coordinate between hiring manager and IT for employee onboarding.
• Provide administrative support for offboarding compliance.
• Event registration administrative support
• Offboarding compliance
• Drafting employee correspondence on HR matters in support of Australian HR Manager using supplied templates
• Other varied administrative duties supporting a busy HR Department
