Job summary

Green Horizon Fortune Trading Corp. is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to collaborate with hiring managers, define staffing goals, and craft clear job descriptions across company career pages, networks, and boards to attract top talent.

You will proactively source candidates, screen applications, coordinate interviews, extend offers, manage negotiations, and drive onboarding while tracking time-to-fill, source of hire, and cost-per-hire to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration: Meet with hiring managers to analyze job duties, establish ideal candidate profiles, and determine staffing goals.
• Job Postings: Write, update, and post clear job descriptions on company career pages, professional networks, and job boards.
• Sourcing: Proactively search for active and passive candidates using social media platforms, resume databases, and employee referral programs.
• Screening: Review incoming applications and conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate basic qualifications and cultural fit
• Interview Coordination: Schedule formal interviews, prepare evaluation scorecards, and guide hiring panels through the selection process.
• Offers & Onboarding: Extend job offers, manage salary negotiations, and coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding steps.
• Metrics Tracking: Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and cost-per-hire.
