Job summary

KAVI Philippines seeks a Recruiter to support PH operations by sourcing and hiring PH-based IT and BPO talent, including high-volume roles. The role involves end-to-end recruitment and close coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, quality hires.

You will post openings on major platforms, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, organize virtual interviews, and maintain recruitment pipelines using Google Sheets and an ATS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Philippine BPO and IT hiring.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Post job openings on recruitment platforms such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed and other relevant sourcing channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess communication skills, technical qualifications, and shift flexibility
• Organize and coordinate virtual interviews, manage candidate relationships, and maintain accurate recruitment pipelines using Google Sheets and/or ATS
• Collaborate with internal teams in the Philippines and India to align hiring requirements, timelines, and candidate endorsements
• Coordinate with local recruitment vendors, participate in walk-in recruitment activities, and support high-volume hiring initiatives
• Ensure fast turnaround time while maintaining recruitment quality and compliance with company standards
