Job summary

KAVI Philippines is seeking a Recruiter to support our Philippines operations by sourcing and hiring Philippines-based IT and BPO talent, including high-volume roles. The role covers end-to-end recruitment with close coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and quality hiring.

The successful candidate will post job openings on multiple platforms, screen resumes, organize virtual interviews, and manage candidate relationships while maintaining compliant recruitment pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Philippine BPO/IT hiring.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Post job openings on JobStreet, LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess communication skills, technical qualifications, and shift flexibility.
• Organize and coordinate virtual interviews, manage candidate relationships, and maintain accurate recruitment pipelines using Google Sheets and/or ATS.
• Collaborate with internal teams in the Philippines to align hiring requirements, timelines, and candidate endorsements.
• Coordinate with local recruitment vendors, participate in walk-in recruitment activities, and support high-volume hiring initiatives.
• Ensure fast turnaround time while maintaining recruitment quality and compliance with company standards.
