About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Human Resources & Recruitment team at Hyundai Laguna Inc. in Binan City, Laguna. This is a full-time position that plays a vital strategic role in building and strengthening our workforce. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent across various departments to support our business growth and operational excellence. This role is instrumental in ensuring we have the right people in the right positions to drive our company forward.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referral programmes
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to evaluate their suitability for specific roles within the organisation
• Prepare and post job advertisements across multiple platforms to attract high-quality applicants
• Conduct initial phone and video interviews with prospective candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant department heads
• Maintain and manage candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems
• Develop and nurture relationships with external recruitment agencies and professional networks
• Provide candidates with feedback on application outcomes in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with Human Resources and department managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress and pipeline status
• Participate in career fairs and employer branding activities to promote Hyundai Laguna Inc. as an employer of choice
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and employment legislation throughout the hiring process

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working as a Recruiter or in a recruitment-focused role within a recruitment agency or corporate environment
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, best practices, and talent acquisition strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Professional certification in recruitment or Human Resources (desirable)
