Job summary

BAI GUAN REAL ESTATE CORPORATION in Makati City, Metro Manila, is seeking an HR & Recruitment Specialist to join the Human Resources team on a full-time basis. The role focuses on attracting, sourcing and recruiting top talent to support our growth and success.

You will collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs, manage the recruitment pipeline, and ensure candidates align with our values and culture. This position also supports onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of recruitment, talent acquisition or HR experience.
• Proven track record recruiting across departments and levels.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and Philippine employment law.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and HR software, plus social media sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job analysis, postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and organisa­tional requirements.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networks, and agencies.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews and coordinate interviewer schedules.
• Maintain recruitment records and track progress through stages.
• Develop strategies to attract high-calibre talent and improve processes.
• Assist onboarding and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal recruitment policies.

About the role

We are seeking a talented and motivated HR & Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team on a full-time basis based in Makati City, Metro Manila. In this strategic role, you will be instrumental in attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top-quality talent to support the growth and success of BAI GUAN REAL ESTATE CORPORATION. You will work closely with departmental managers and senior leadership to identify staffing needs, manage the recruitment pipeline, and ensure we attract candidates who align with our company values and culture. This position plays a crucial role in building high-performing teams that drive our business objectives forward.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job analysis, job posting creation, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, competency profiles and organisational needs
• Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, professional networks and recruitment agencies
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and pre-screening interviews to shortlist qualified applicants
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain detailed recruitment records and track applicant progress through each stage of the hiring process
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre talent
• Assist with onboarding processes and ensure new hires receive proper orientation and documentation
• Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, retention and workplace culture
• Prepare recruitment reports and analytics to measure hiring effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company recruitment policies throughout the hiring process

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR-related functions
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting and placing candidates across various departments and levels
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, best practices and employment legislation in the Philippines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and standard HR software
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously
• Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to identify process improvements and implement solutions
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data integrity
• Familiarity with real estate industry recruitment preferences and talent profiles is advantageous
• Knowledge of social media recruitment strategies and digital sourcing techniques is preferred
