Lone Wolf Technologies is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist in the Philippines to provide tech support via phone, email, and chat for our proprietary software. You will log issues in our ticketing system, diagnose problems, and guide customers to solutions with empathy and clarity.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in customer support and experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom, or similar systems.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in customer support.
• Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom or similar ticketing systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via email, chat and telephone on proprietary software.
• Log details of all support sessions in the ticketing system.
• Diagnose, test, and resolve customer software challenges.
• Provide clear email and phone etiquette while assisting customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve product and customer experience based on feedback.
