DOXA Talent is seeking a Product Support Specialist to provide frontline technical and product support to B2B SaaS customers via email and chat. The role is remote for candidates in the Philippines, working EST hours and collaborating with Philippine and international teams.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of customer service or technical support experience, a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/BA, and strong English communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/BA preferred.
• 1–2 years in customer service or technical support for B2B SaaS via email/chat.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical and product support to B2B SaaS customers via email and chat.
• Escalate complex issues to technical teams and coordinate enhancements.
• Answer queries promptly with courteous, professional communication and meet SLAs.
• Troubleshoot integrated applications and software issues.
• Test, document, and analyze application behavior and data.
• Learn subscription analytics, revenue recognition, invoicing, and payment processes.
• Interact with CEOs, CFOs, and accounting staff in high-growth SaaS businesses.
