• The job is for SMDC. You will be working with 5 other real estate managers under an Associate Director.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Provide market analysis and property valuations.
• Conduct property viewings and open houses.
• Negotiate offers and contracts effectively.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on real estate trends and regulations.
• Utilize marketing strategies to promote listings.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience Level: No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Real Estate practices, Telemarketing, Key Account Sales, Overseas Sales, and Second-Hand Home Sales.
• Responsibilities and Duties: (as listed above) Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties; conduct market analysis; manage client relationships.
• Working Conditions: Flexible hours, primarily office-based with fieldwork involved.
