Filinvest Land Cebu is seeking a dynamic sales professional to prospect buyers, build relationships, and present Filinvest Land properties in Cebu. You will conduct property showings, understand client needs, guide them through documentation, and help close sales while achieving monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales experience in real estate or other industries is an advantage but not required.
• Passion for real estate and a strong desire to succeed in sales.
• Strong self-motivation, drive, and a results-oriented attitude.
• Amenable to mall manning and digital selling.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect for potential buyers through networking, referrals, and online marketing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Understand clients' needs to identify suitable Filinvest Land properties in Cebu.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations, highlighting key features and investment potential.
• Provide expert advice and guidance throughout the buying process.
• Assist clients with inquiries, documentation, and closing procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and support staff.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Ensure closing of sales and efficient delivery of monthly sales targets.
