Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Real estate or sales experience is an advantage but not required.
• Social media savvy with internet access.

Responsibilities

• Promote FLI properties through manning, advertisements and other strategies.
• Provide site tours for ocular visits.
• Prospect and source potential clients while delivering excellent customer service.
• Close sales and prepare necessary paperwork for clients.
• Collect required documents and maintain client database.
• Prepare and facilitate effective client presentations.
• Provide after-sales service and support.
• Aim to meet monthly sales targets.
• Guide buyers to purchase at the best price and terms.
• Assess clients’ needs and financial capabilities to propose suitable solutions.
