Job summary

Qualifications

• . Bachelor's degree holder.
• . At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.
• . Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
• . Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• . Strong communication and coordination with internal teams and external service providers.
• . Leadership experience preferred in a warehouse or hub environment.
• . Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• . Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day RC operations including manpower allocation, linehaul receiving, validation and inspection, sorting of parcels and linehaul loading.
• Support monitoring of RC performance by ensuring high productivity and efficient achievement of RC KPIs.
• Create, review, and validate RC reports.
• Assist the Customer Support team with call-outs to resolve customer escalations.
• Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance RC productivity.
