Qualifications

• Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Leadership experience in a warehouse or hub environment preferred.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster.
• Able to work shifts as per team schedules.
• Willingness to perform administrative tasks in hub operations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule truck arrivals and departures to minimize idle time with real-time adjustments.
• Develop optimal truck routing to maximize route efficiency and utilization while reducing costs.
• Build and manage relationships with 3PL vendors for day-to-day operations.
• Ensure trucks are available for transporting orders to hubs.
• Schedule daily truck call times considering RC throughput and dock availability.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to supervise agency teams.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Perform additional tasks to support RC operations.

• Ensure consistent truck availability for transporting orders to hubs.
• Schedule daily truck call times, considering RC throughput and loading dock availability.
• Handle payment transactions and associated payment processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve any issues promptly.
• Perform other tasks as required to support RC operations.

Requirements:
