Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Hub Operations Associate to support day-to-day hub activities, including inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory management. You will monitor hub performance against KPIs, create and validate hub reports, assist the Customer Support team with escalations, and participate in process improvements to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse and distribution.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
• Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster.
• Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules.
• Continuous learning mindset and able to perform administrative and other tasks in hub operations.

Requirements:
