Job summary

Shopee is seeking an RC Coordinator to support daily RC operations across hubs. You will assist with manpower allocation, linehaul receiving, validation and inspection, and sorting of parcels to hubs for efficient loading.

You will help monitor RC performance, prepare reports, and resolve escalations in collaboration with customer support and agency partners. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in logistics/ warehouse roles, with a leadership mindset and flexibility to work shifts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder with 3+ years in logistics, warehouse or distribution.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.
• Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Able to lead and coordinate teams across hubs and agencies.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster and to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support monitoring of RC performance by ensuring high productivity and efficient achievement of RC KPIs.
• Create, review, and validate RC reports.
• Assist the Customer Support team with call-outs to resolve customer escalations.
• Implement process improvement initiatives and projects to enhance RC productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and associated payment processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other tasks as required to support RC operations.

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

About the Team:

The RC Coordinator supports the RC Lead in the day-to-day execution of RC operations including RC manpower allocation, linehaul receiving. validation and inspection, sorting of parcels and bulkies to designated hubs and linehaul loading.

The role assists in monitoring RC performance, preparing operational reports, supporting customer escalations, coordinating with RC Transport, agency partners, backroom staff and loaders, and performing other tasks necessary to ensure efficient and effective RC operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Holder
• At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in Google Suite (Doc, Sheet, Slide)
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with internal teams and external service provider.
• Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment
• Experience in payments processing or similar function
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster
• Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules
• Must have a continuous learning mindset; able to do administrative and other tasks in hub operations
