Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Research and Development, Architecture, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in research, product development, technical support, engineering, renewable energy, construction, or related industries.
• Knowledge or familiarity with solar energy, PV systems, construction materials, building technologies, or renewable energy is a plus.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collect, organize, interpret, and present technical and market information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prepare reports, presentations, research summaries, technical documents, and project documentation.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Capacity to conduct online and field-based research.
• Ability to understand technical information, drawings, reports, and product documentation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
