Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) preferred.
• Experience in Solar Energy/ Renewable Energy.
• Experience in Research & Development or solar project development preferred.
• Knowledge of government permits and documentation with the DOE is an advantage.
• Strong technical documentation and research skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and coordinate with government agencies when required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and technical studies related to solar energy systems and renewable energy projects.
• Assist in the design, evaluation, and development of solar PV systems.
• Prepare and organize technical, engineering, and project-related documents.
• Process and coordinate permits, applications, and other requirements with government agencies, particularly the DOE.
• Monitor government requirements, regulations, policies, and renewable energy guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and government offices regarding project requirements.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, proposals, and technical documentation.
• Support the R&D team in identifying new solar technologies, solutions, and project opportunities.
