About the role
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Research and Development, Architecture, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in research, product development, technical support, engineering, renewable energy, construction, or a related industry is preferred.
Knowledge or familiarity with solar energy, photovoltaic (PV) systems, construction materials, building technologies, or renewable energy is an advantage.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collect, organize, interpret, and present technical and market information.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to prepare reports, presentations, research summaries, technical documents, and other project-related documentation.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to conduct both online and field-based research.
Ability to understand technical information, specifications, drawings, reports, and product documentation.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with different departments.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Willingness to conduct site visits, product inspections, surveys, and testing activities when required.
