Job summary

Impact Acoustic is seeking a Quotation & Coordination Specialist to bridge the Technical Sales Consultant and design team. You will prepare detailed quotations and ensure clear communication between sales, PM, and design, leveraging an engineering or quantity surveying background.

With 4–5 years in a related field, you will refine project quotes, coordinate with architects, and support senior roles in their absence for a global project portfolio.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in a related field (ideally with quantity surveying exposure).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Technical Sales Consultant and design team to prepare detailed quotations.
• Work with architects/designers for detailed cutting plans or complex specifications as needed.
• Maintain thoroughness and accuracy using your engineering or quantity surveying background.
• Act as deputy for the Senior Draftsman or Sales Consultant when they are unavailable.
