Job summary

IMPACT ACOUSTIC® is looking for a Quotation & Coordination Specialist in the Philippines, responsible for preparing detailed quotations and facilitating communication between our Technical Sales Consultant and the design team.

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience, particularly in quantity surveying, and will work on exciting U.S. projects while enjoying a dynamic, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of experience in a related field, ideally with some exposure to quantity surveying.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across teams.

This role serves as the vital link between our client-facing Technical Sales Consultant and our design team. The Quotation & Coordination Specialist will prepare detailed quotations, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between the Technical Sales Consultant and the architects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Technical Sales Consultant as your wingman, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
• Prepare and refine all project quotations, working hand-in-hand with both the PM and the design team.
• Liaise with architects or designers when detailed cutting plans or more complex specifications are needed.
• Utilize your background in engineering or quantity surveying to ensure accuracy and thoroughness.
• Maintain a strong spatial understanding to effectively translate project details into clear, actionable quotes.
• You will assume deputy responsibilities for the Senior Draftsman or the Sales Consultant in their absence.

Your profile

• 4 to 5 years of experience in a related field, ideally with some exposure to quantity surveying.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
