Job summary

Impact Acoustic is seeking a Technical Product Coordinator to support lifecycle management of technical products from development to launch and beyond. You will coordinate activities with product management and engineering, and ensure stakeholders are informed about updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Marketing).
• 2–4 years of experience in product coordination or related roles.
• Proficient with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with cross-functional teams (design, R&D, marketing, sales).
• Basic understanding of web technologies and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with CRM/ CMS tools like Salesforce and WordPress.
• Detail-oriented with proactive problem solving.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, development, and launch of technical products with product management and engineering.
• Update product documentation and marketing collateral.
• Ensure website product information is accurate and aligned with marketing.
• Facilitate internal trainings on new features.
• Monitor release timelines and coordinate cross‑functional activities.
• Conduct market feedback and competitor analyses.
