Job summary

IMPACT ACOUSTIC® is looking for a Quotation & Coordination Specialist in the Philippines, responsible for preparing detailed quotations and facilitating communication between our Technical Sales Consultant and the design team.

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience, particularly in quantity surveying, and will work on exciting U.S. projects while enjoying a dynamic, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of experience in a related field, ideally with some exposure to quantity surveying.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Technical Sales Consultant ensuring seamless communication.
• Prepare and refine all project quotations with the PM and design team.
• Liaise with architects/designers for complex specifications.
