Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering.
Minimum of three years of relevant industry experience.
Proficiency with Procore, PlanSwift and MS Office.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience in data center operations.

Responsibilities

Manage tender processes, prepare estimates, and compute costs using software tools.
Record actual costs and prepare reports for management approval.
Maintain a reliable cost database and contribute to cost reporting.
Review tenders/quotes from subcontractors and write scopes of works.
Identify labour, material and time requirements from plans and proposals.
Support team with cost control and post-project costings.
