Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, civil engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of on-site experience in budgeting and cost control for construction projects.
• Experience coordinating with engineers, architects, and contractors on cost estimates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare realistic initial budget estimates and cash flow projections.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and estimates for MEPF works in collaboration with the Cost Engineer and QS team.
• Assist in bid documentation, tendering procedures, and bid package preparation.
• Analyze tender submissions and prepare bid evaluation reports for tender awards.
• Maintain financial analysis and monthly PM/CM reports for owner communication.
