Private Advertiser is seeking a Quantity Surveyor experienced in BOQ/BOM analysis, cost coding, and KPI preparation. The role involves organizing WBS per CSI divisions and developing cost and procurement metrics for project bids.

About the role

This role involves preparing and identifying differences between Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM), identifying estimate types and levels, and preparing manual and digital take-offs of quantities. The position requires organizing Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) based on 16 CSI Division, interpreting specifications, consolidating Bill of Quantities, developing Cost Codes, and preparing Key Performance Index (KPI).

Key responsibilities

About you

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience specializing in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent field
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Planswift, CAD, and BIM
• Proper sentence construction and English Grammar
• Presentation Skills

• Awareness of new construction materials and methodologies
