You will prepare detailed cost estimates, monitor budgets, coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors, and assist in procurement and contract documentation, with site inspections to ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience in construction cost control, estimation, and procurement (at least 2 years).
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans (structural, architectural, electrical, plumbing).
• Knowledge of budget monitoring, cost analysis, and project documentation.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Proficient in PlanSwift, AutoCAD, Excel, SketchUp, Airtable, and Notion.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• High level of accuracy, professionalism, and work ethics.
• Able to work independently and in a team; manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to perform site inspections and field visits.

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to support project cost control, estimation, and documentation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will prepare detailed cost estimates, monitor budgets, coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors, and assist in procurement and contract documentation. The role ensures cost accuracy, compliance with standards, and timely reporting to help achieve smooth project delivery and financial accountability. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
