Private Advertiser is seeking a Quantity Surveyor experienced in BOQ/BOM analysis, cost coding, and KPI preparation. The role involves organizing WBS per CSI divisions and developing cost and procurement metrics for project bids.

You will work with design teams and construction professionals in an Alabang, Muntinlupa City setting. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering with 5–10 years of QS experience and strong MS Excel, Planswift, CAD, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in quantity surveying or similar.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Planswift, CAD, and BIM.
• Strong English language and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Building Codes and Construction Methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and identifies the difference between BOQ and BOM.
• Identifies the different types and levels of estimates.
• Prepares manual and digital take-off of quantities.
• Organizes WBS based on the 16 CSI Division.
• Interprets specifications and consolidates BOQ.
• Develops Cost Codes and KPI.
• Identifies direct cost and selling cost; defines man-hour cost and labor rates.
