GoTeam is hiring a Quantity Surveyor for onsite work in Cebu IT Park, Cebu City. You will manage cost estimates, BOQs, and cost control across interior fit-out projects, with a 6:00 AM–3:00 PM, Monday–Friday schedule.

You should have 3–5 years in quantity surveying, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with AutoCAD. The role emphasizes cost integrity and collaboration with procurement and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in quantity surveying, cost estimation, or cost control.
• Experience preparing BOQs and quantity take-offs.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and baselines for projects.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and produce BOQs.
• Monitor cost movement and support tender/bid analysis.
