Job summary

Mike Steel Construction Inc. in Valenzuela City is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team and ensure accurate cost estimation and budgeting for projects. • Experience in land development, civil works, building construction, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and project costing.
• Proficient in MS Excel and quantity surveying/cost-estimating software.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical drawings.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills.
• Willing to work on-site and travel when required.
