Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills to support or manage teams.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine construction standards, codes, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for construction projects.
• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
• Monitor and control project costs to meet budgets and deadlines.
• Assist in tendering activities including bid analysis and negotiations.
• Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to establish scope and cost strategies.
• Conduct site visits to verify quantities and compliance with specs.
• Manage variation orders, claims, and change orders efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine construction standards, safety and quality requirements.
• Lead or support junior team members and maintain accuracy under pressure.

Job Summary

Job Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to support or manage teams.
• Strong understanding of Philippine construction standards, codes, and contractual practices.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying and estimating software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Licensed Quantity Surveyor (LQS) is highly preferred.
• Experience in diverse project types such as commercial, industrial, or infrastructure.
• Knowledge of local procurement processes and contractual frameworks.
