Job summary

Roc-kwbl Construction Trading & Services is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team. The role involves preparing detailed quantity take-offs, estimates, and cost calculations for various construction projects, while reviewing BOQ and contract documents.

The successful candidate will monitor costs, quantities, and material usage, prepare progress billing and variation orders, and assist in tendering and subcontractor evaluation.

Qualifications

• Experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation.
• Familiarity with plans, drawings, specifications and BOQ.

• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Engineers, Procurement, Accounting, and Site Team.

• Maintain accurate records of quantities, costs, contracts, and project documentation.
