What You'll Do?
- Assessment & Quantification:Analyze construction plans to prepare detailed quantity requirements and technical assessments.
- Stakeholder Liaison:Work collaboratively with site managers, clients, and contractors to ensure seamless project alignment.
- Strategic Reporting:Consolidate data for budget analysis, risk assessments, and contract documentation for management review.
- Innovation:Provide data-driven recommendations and innovative strategies to improve project outcomes.
- Financial Administration:Oversee the disbursement of payments to workers, vendors, and subcontractors with precision and integrity.
- Field Oversight:Conduct site visits as required to ensure office-based projections align with field reality.
Qualifications:
- Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience:3 to 5 years of proven experience in construction project management.
- Licensure:A PRC Civil Engineer license is highly preferred.
- Additional Credentials:Being a Master Plumber licensure exam passer is considered a significant advantage.
