Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise construction projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure milestones are met on schedule.

• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance.
• Prepare and review project plans, schedules, reports and documentation.
• Perform quantity surveying, cost estimation, and budget monitoring.
• Evaluate project costs and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure proper allocation of manpower, materials, equipment, and resources.
• Review contractor billings, variation orders, and project claims.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Attend project meetings and provide status updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and local building codes.

• Willing to be deployed and assigned to project sites as required.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Licensed Civil Engineer is preferred.

At least 2-5 years of experience in construction project management, site supervision, quantity surveying, estimation, or related fields.

Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management principles, and engineering standards.

Experience in quantity take-off, cost estimation, and project budgeting.
