Are you a detail-oriented quality professional looking to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking an experienced Quality Management System (QMS) Coordinator to take ownership of our quality processes.
In this role, you will assist in the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our QMS ensuring full compliance with ISO standards, regulatory rules, and company policies. You will act as the bridge across departments, driving operational excellence, managing internal/external audits, and embedding a high standard of quality into our daily culture.
Maintain, improve, and administer the company’s ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
Ensure quality policies, procedures, work instructions, forms, and records remain accurate, controlled, and up to date.
Support continual improvement initiatives across all departments.
Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal quality audits.
Monitor compliance with ISO standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) through completion and verify effectiveness.
Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Conduct root cause analysis using structured problem-solving methods.Support departments in implementing sustainable process improvements.Assist in quality risk assessments and preventive initiatives.
Monitor Quality Objectives and departmental KPIs.
Analyze trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare monthly Quality Management reports and executive dashboards.
Coordinate Management Review Meetings and monitor follow-through of action items.
Conduct Quality Management System orientation for new employees.
Organize quality awareness and continuous improvement activities.
Support departments in maintaining training and competency records.
Promote a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in:
Industrial Engineering
Biomedical Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Electronics Engineering
Manufacturing Engineering
Business Administration
Healthcare Administration
Quality Managementor a related field
A master’s degree is an advantage.
2–5 years of experience in Quality Management, ISO implementation, compliance, internal auditing, document control, or process improvement.
Experience in healthcare, medical devices, biomedical engineering, manufacturing, or another regulated industry is highly preferred.
