HR QMS (Quality Management System) Manager

Overview

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented HR QMS Manager to spearhead the development and implementation of HR’s Quality Management System. This role is pivotal in ensuring HR processes are ISO-compliant, audit-ready, and continuously improved. The HR QMS Manager will drive documentation excellence, process innovation, and compliance culture—laying the foundation for HR’s first ISO certification.

Key Responsibilities

• ISO & Quality Management
  • Design, implement, and maintain HR’s QMS framework aligned with ISO standards.
  • Lead preparation and coordination for internal and external audits, ensuring certification readiness.
  • Drive corrective and preventive action (CAPA) initiatives to close audit findings and strengthen compliance.
• Documentation & Records Control
  • Oversee controlled documents, HR manuals, SOPs, and version tracking systems.
  • Ensure NDAs, waivers, clearance forms, and policy memos are legally compliant and audit-ready.
  • Standardize HR documentation across all branches for consistency and defensibility.
• Process Management & Innovation
  • Map HR workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
  • Champion digital transformation through HRIS, LMS, paperless HR, and e-signature solutions.
  • Benchmark global HR best practices and adapt them to local operations.
  • Partner with HR Operations, OD, and Analytics Managers to embed QMS across all HR functions.
  • Train HR staff on QMS policies, documentation standards, and compliance practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and innovation within HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR/Quality Management experience, with strong exposure to ISO standards.
• Expertise in documentation control, compliance, and HR processes.
• Experience with HRIS/LMS systems and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
• ISO/QMS certification or related credentials is an advantage.
