Job summary

PM Consulting in Pasay is seeking a QMS Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System in line with ISO standards.

The role requires 5–8 years in quality management with 2+ years in leadership; strong analytical, training, and project management skills for an onsite morning-shift role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in quality management, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and QMS implementation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS in compliance with ISO or company standards.
• Conduct internal audits, process reviews, and quality inspections.
