Your Role
As a Quality Manager, you will:
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) across all operations to align with company, client, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor operational service quality through rigorous audits, inspections, scorecards, trend analysis, and comprehensive reporting.
- Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and non‑conformances to identify root causes and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process reviews using established quality methodologies to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Coach, mentor, and train operational leaders and team members on quality standards, audit readiness, and best practices.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager managing Quality Management Systems (QMS) and operational compliance.
- Strong expertise in leading internal and external quality audits, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective/preventive actions.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, track, and report on quality metrics, dashboards, and KPIs for senior leadership.
- Solid understanding of regulatory compliance, industry standards, contractual obligations, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to partner effectively across diverse business functions and client teams.
Preferred Skills/expertise
- Experience in multi‑industry or shared services environments (e.g., Operations, Security, Parking, Logistics, Health, or IT).
- Certification in quality management methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, or ISO auditing standards).
- Strong background in change management and business continuity/contingency planning.
- Exceptional data analysis skills to translate operational metrics into actionable strategic insights.
- Proven track record of driving a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
