LCC - Liberty Commercial Center Inc. seeks a QMS Specialist to design, implement, and continuously improve the organization's Quality Management System, ensuring policy and process control compliance across units.
You will support audits, corrective actions, and management reviews, collaborating with process owners and BPM teams to sustain ISO-aligned practices and performance dashboards.
The Quality Management System (QMS) Specialist supports the design, implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the organization's Quality Management System and related management system requirements. The role ensures that quality policies, process controls, and assurance practices are applied consistently across organizational units using approved standards and requirements (e.g., ISO or equivalent frameworks, as applicable). Reporting to the Enterprise Process Governance (EPG) Lead, the QMS Specialist supports documentation, audit readiness, internal assessments, preventive and corrective action tracking, and management review activities, working closely with process owners, BPM teams, and other assurance functions.
Support the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the enterprise Quality Management System
Assist in defining QMS scope, structure, required documents, and control requirements
Ensure QMS practices are applied within approved BPM governance and process standards
Support planning and coordination of internal quality audits, assessments, and readiness reviews
Assist in preparing the organization for external audits, certifications, or management system assessments
Track audit findings, observations, and nonconformities and coordinate follow-through with responsible process owners
Maintain logs and tracking records for preventive and corrective actions arising from audits, assessments, incidents, or management reviews
Monitor implementation status, effectiveness, and closure of PACAs in coordination with business units and process owners
Support development and monitoring of quality-related measures, indicators, and dashboards
Consolidate quality performance data, trends, and issues for reporting to BPM leadership and management reviews
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration/Management, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in quality management, QMS implementation, audit support, or compliance-related roles
Exposure to internal audits, management system assessments, or process assurance activities
Experience working with cross-functional teams and operational stakeholders
Quality Management System principles and requirements

Preventive and corrective action (PACA) tracking and follow-up
Quality performance measurement and reporting
Strong attention to detail and quality discipline
