Job summary

Responsibilities include designing test plans, inspecting documentation, evaluating process limits, tracking KPIs, and presenting audit findings to align across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• At least 2 years in quality engineering, QA, or process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of QMS (ISO 9001/45001/14001).
• Proficient with problem-solving methods (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa).
• Experience with SPC, PFMEA/DFMEA, and CAPA processes.
• Comfort interpreting metrics using data tools (Excel, SQL).

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Computer Science) or a related technical field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or process improvement
• Strong working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001 (or ISO 45001 / 14001)
• Proven proficiency with problem-solving frameworks (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone / Ishikawa diagrams)
• Experience with SPC (Statistical Process Control), FMEA (PFMEA/DFMEA), and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes
• Experience interpreting metrics and using data tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel, SQL)
• Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach to troubleshooting complex issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail with ability to identify minor flaws, risks, and process bottlenecks
