Job summary

Sta. Clara International Corp. is seeking a QA/QC professional to support architectural and construction projects in the Metro Manila region.

The role focuses on QA/QC procedures, inspections, and documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, with licensure preferred, and 2–5 years of QA/QC experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Licensed Architect or Engineer is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in QA/QC for architectural or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural finishes, fit‑out works, and construction standards.
• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, inspections, and documentation.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems is preferred.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications.
• Skilled in preparing inspection reports, NCRs, punch lists, and quality records.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and related construction software.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Willing to work on‑site and conduct regular inspections.
