Job summary

Strategic-Tek Groupe Corp. in Metro Manila is seeking a QA/QC Architect to implement and maintain QA/QC procedures for architectural and finishing works. You will inspect ongoing construction, identify defects, and prepare NCRs and quality reports to ensure compliance with drawings and standards.

Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and strong documentation skills are welcome to apply. Willingness to work on-site and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams is required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong documentation, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of construction quality standards.
• Willing to work on-site and conduct regular field inspections.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures for architectural and finishing works.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of architectural works and identify defects, deviations, and non-conforming works.
• Prepare inspection reports, checklists, punch lists, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) when required.
• Monitor corrective actions and verify that deficiencies are properly rectified.
• Monitor workmanship standards throughout the construction process.
• Identify potential quality issues before they affect subsequent construction activities.
• Prepare and process Requests for Inspection (RFI) and other required quality documentation.
• Maintain records of inspections, approvals, NCRs, corrective actions, and punch-list items.
• Monitor inspection and testing activities related to architectural works.
• Maintain updated QA/QC files and project quality records.
• Assist in preparing periodic quality reports for management and clients.
