CROSS-LINK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION is seeking a QA/QC professional to implement, monitor and maintain quality standards on construction projects. You will conduct inspections, review drawings and specs, and ensure compliance with approved documentation.
You will prepare QA/QC reports and coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure quality objectives are met. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, 2–3 years of related experience, and a
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer or Mechanical Engineer.
With at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, preferably in the construction industry.
Knowledgeable in QA/QC procedures, inspection, testing, and quality standards.
Familiar with preparation and review of Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, and Quality Control documents.
Able to interpret and review engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Knowledge of construction materials, testing procedures, and applicable industry standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willing to work on-site and coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures and quality standards throughout the project.
Conduct inspections and ensure that construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
Prepare and maintain QA/QC reports, inspection records, checklists, and other quality documentation.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and project personnel regarding quality requirements.
Monitor and verify the quality of materials, workmanship, and completed works.
Identify non-conformities and assist in implementing appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure proper documentation and submission of inspection and testing requirements.
Assist in ensuring that project quality objectives and client requirements are met
