M3 Manpower Agency Inc. is seeking a QA/QC Engineer to monitor and maintain quality standards across project and production activities. This role ensures materials, processes, and completed works meet approved specifications, drawings, and company requirements.
The incumbent will conduct inspections, review drawings and quality requirements, and prepare QA/QC reports while coordinating with various stakeholders. On-site field inspections are required.
The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality standards throughout project and production activities. The role ensures that materials, processes, and completed works meet approved specifications, drawings, and company requirements.
Conduct inspections and quality checks on materials, equipment, and completed work.
Review engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
Monitor work activities to ensure compliance with approved standards and procedures.
Prepare inspection reports, quality records, checklists, and other QA/QC documentation.
Identify defects, non-conformities, and quality concerns and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, contractors, and other departments regarding quality-related matters.
Assist in material inspection, testing, and verification activities.
Participate in internal inspections, audits, and quality improvement activities.
Monitor proper implementation of QA/QC procedures at the project or work site.
Ensure proper documentation and traceability of inspection and testing activities.
Perform other quality-related duties assigned by the QA/QC Manager or Project Manager.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related Engineering course.
At least one (1) year of experience in QA/QC, quality inspection, construction, manufacturing, or engineering projects.
Knowledgeable in inspection procedures, quality documentation, and engineering standards.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Willing to work on-site and conduct field inspections.
