Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer (P.E.) with active license.

• Experience in QA/QC for construction, fit-out, building, or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
• Willing to conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with project teams.
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to verify civil and structural works comply with approved plans, specs, standards, and project requirements.
• Monitor workmanship quality and ensure proper construction methods are followed.
• Prepare and implement QA/QC procedures and inspection checklists.
• Prepare and monitor NCRs, Site Inspection Reports, Quality Reports, and other QA/QC docs.
• Ensure construction activities are documented through inspection requests, test reports, checklists, photos, and quality records.
• Participate in project meetings and provide QA/QC updates and corrective actions.
• Maintain organized QA/QC filing and documentation system.
• Assist in monitoring punch lists and ensure defects are rectified.
• Conduct final inspections and assist in turnover docs for project completion.
• Perform other QA/QC and engineering duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site inspections to verify that civil and structural works comply with approved plans, specifications, construction standards, and project requirements.

• Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure proper construction methods and procedures are followed.

• Prepare and implement Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures and inspection checklists.

• Prepare and monitor Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Site Inspection Reports, Quality Reports, and other QA/QC documentation.

• Ensure that construction activities are properly documented through inspection requests, test reports, checklists, photographs, and quality records.

• Participate in project meetings and provide updates regarding quality issues, inspection findings, and corrective actions.

• Maintain an organized and updated QA/QC filing and documentation system.

• Assist in monitoring project punch lists and ensure that identified defects and deficiencies are properly rectified.

• Conduct final inspections and assist in the preparation of documents required for project completion and turnover.

• Perform other QA/QC and engineering duties that may be assigned by the Project Manager or Management.
